We went there during The Fringe Festival and we thought they’re going to represent the best food and services ever. In fact that was an excuse for their bad treatment and food. We tried to talk to the staff but we have been ignored many times, even though they have been asking the other customers about their food and if everything is ok, but not even an eye contact with us like nobody there. We had to shout louder to get there attention and tell them the pizza was burnt and it’s too hard to be chowed ( too crispy) and spicy too, they said our pizza have been forgotten in the oven but they can make us a fresh ones instead. We absolutely said NO! So she got upset and told us she will take it off the bill. Fair enough not to pay for such a pizza but it can be fixed before it’s too late by coming to check on us as we could have different pizza or find a solution.

Been before, precovid and it was great. This time Food was over priced and tasteless. Waited 10 minutes to be offered drinks,one staff was helpful enough, the others no service or hows your food, they didn't even say thanks when we left, that was 17.00 on a Saturday

Awful! We called in last week for a meal and we were greatly disappointed. The staff were unwelcoming and seemed to be annoyed at having us there. My pizza was burnt and inedible but no one came near us until they wanted to clear the table. My eldest daughter ordered lasagna, however this was too spicy. In fairness they offered to make me a new pizza, but I wanted to leave. The main issue I had wasn't the poor service or the burnt food, it was the 10% service charge added to the bill. We were not aware of this until the bill came. We had two lasagnas, a small pizza plus three soft drinks and a glass of water. My cremated pizza wasn't on the bill, however the total was just under £60. One to avoid!

I honestly can't believe how bad the pizza was here. Nice service good location and good chicken wings for starters. But honestly the pizza was easily the worst I've ever had - and I've had a lot of pizza. I'd rather have one from the frozen food aisle in the supermarket. Dough like concrete and a cheap tasting tomato sauce which you could tell was not home made. Strange decor and the playlist also needs a lot of work - just generally a very weird place. Oh also, they only serve Coors Light which is widely recognised as the most disgusting lager around. Overall just a real shame. Didn't take any pictures of it in person but found the attached uploaded by another customer which is pretty accurate. If you want good pizza, go to O'Oliviero 2 minutes up the road. Sad!

Thought we would try the beef +jalapeno+pickle pizza. Very little beef and cheese on the pizza. Weird taste with all the additives including the ?taco sauce. Not really a true “American pizza”. Would not recommend this pizza restaurant .

Kate is the most kindly staff ive ever met. This comment just for only her. She is very hardworking.Pizza was very delicious.

Loved the American style cheesy pizza here and the lemon & lime soft drink was simply too good. . Surely a place to come back.

Did the pizza making class and it was brilliant from start to finish. Staff are lovely and food is amazing even if I did make it myself 😂

It's been a very nice place. They have a tasty pizza and the waiters are really pleasant.

Fantastic restaurant with a warm welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable not only about allergens (coeliac / gluten free) but also giving recommendations when I was overwhelmed with all the amazing choices. Quite frankly the best gluten free pizza I have had since being gluten free (16yrs). It was flavoursome, the base was incredible and the garlic mayo was great too. They even convinced me to size down in pizzas (I still couldn't finish it all 🙈). Cannot recommend Mamma's enough I just wish we had them near us, not nearly 400 miles away.
